1º Floor:
- Tiled floors in the 1st. floor, except for the bedroom.
- 1st suite with king size bed, TV and its private bathroom
- A clean and sophisticated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances such as refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Sets of pots, dishes, utensils and glasses are included in the house.
- Beside the kitchen a modern dining Room for your family enjoy the meals together

- Private pool with a pool bath is an invitation for a fun filled time
- The outdoor pool area includes a table, chairs and a set of sun lounger chairs.
2º Floor:
- The upstair commom TV and fun room, invites the family for a nice evening of movies and fun.
- The master suite is very spacious and includes a comfortable king size bed served by two closets and a bathrooom with two sinks, shower and extra storage space.
- The 3rd room allows up to four people to enjoy the thematic atmosphere of the house. It offers its own TV and is served by a full bathroom adjacent.
- The 4th room includes two full bed sets with its own TV set and closet.
- Washer and Dryer are located on the 2nd floor providing greater convenience.
